Biographical Description
Joseph Elliott was born on February 2, 1890 in Cumberland County, North Carolina. During World War I, Elliott served in the 51st Depot Brigade. He was inducted into the service on August 24, 1918 and was honorably discharged January 18, 1919. Elliott died in Fayetteville on December 7, 1966.
