Biographical Description
Philemon McGee Utley was born on October 23rd, 1889, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Utley was a clerk for the Virginian Railway Company in Norfolk, Virginia, when he applied for the draft (World War I) in June 1917. He died in Los Angeles on June 15, 1950.
