Swann, Samuel Jr.

Biographical Description

Samuel Swann, Jr., was part of group of merchants, traders, and planters in colonial North Carolina who appealed to the Board of Trade regarding restrictions in January 1755. He does not seem to be the same Samuel Swann who served as Speaker of the Assembly.
