Chester Albert Hall was born on August 2, 1892, in Cedar Creek, North Carolina. At the outbreak of World War I, Hall was employed as a laborer at the Delson Manufacturing Company in Cedar Creek, North Carolina. He died in Cumberland County on October 9, 1949.
