Biographical Description
Needham Christopher Hines was born on November 4, 1884, in Martin County, North Carolina. Hines was an insurance agent and co-manager of the Raleigh branch of the Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Company. He died in Falls Church, Virginia, on April 6, 1967.
