Biographical Description

John St. Clair (died 1767) was a British army officer who served with the 60th Regiment of Foot during the Seven Years' War. In 1755, he served as deputy quartermaster general and chief commissary for Edward Braddock during his campaign against the French in the Ohio Valley.
