Biographical Description
Richard Smith Busbee was born on April 18, 1878, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Busbee was president of the Atlantic Fire Insurance Company, president of the Raleigh Building and Loan Association, and chairman of the Wake County Welfare Board. He died in Raleigh on March 13, 1948.
