At an Assembly held at New Bern In November & December 1771—

These may Certify Fearnaught Beasley whose son was killed in the late Expedition agt. the Insurgents was allowed the sum of Ten pounds per year as [a] Resolve of the H[ous]e of Assembly Concurred with by the Governor & C[oun]cil (this being [he]r Second years Certificate) 

delivered March 1773
