I sympathize deeply with you in your labor troubles. I sympathize with everybody, including myself. Of course, I cannot hope to offer a solution for every local trouble that may arise. All that I can do is to lay down certain fundamental principles. This I have done with respect to the Charlotte situation, the Badin situation and the High Point situation.
