George the Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain (and so forth)—

To the provost Marshal of our said province Greeting

We Command you as we commanded you before to take the body of John Robins of the Precinct and province aforesaid Indian (if to be found in your bailiwick) and him safely keep so that you him before our Justices at our next Court be held for the said precinct at the Court house in Edenton on the Third Thursday in January next then and there to answer to the suit of Thomas Duern Indian in a plea of the Case Damage Twenty pounds herein fail not and have you then and there this writ Dated at the Clerks office the 28th day of October anno Domi: 1736
