George the Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain (and so forth)—
To the Provost marshal of our said Province Greeting—
We Command you to take the body of John Robin Indian of the precinct and Province aforesaid Indian (if to be found in our said precinct) and him safely keep so that you have him before our Justices at our next Court to be held for the said precinct at the Court house in Edenton on the Third Thursday in October next then and there to answer to the Suit of Thom[as Dur]en Indian in a plea of the Case Damage Twenty pounds herein fail not and have you then and there this writ. Dated at the Clea^r^ks office the 30th day of Septemr. Anno Domi. 1736.
