To the Provost Marshall of our Said Province Greeting.

We Command yo to take the body of John Robin of the precinct & province afsd. Indian (if to be found in the said precinct) & him safely keep so that the have him before our Justices at our next Court to be holden for the said precinct at the Court house in Edenton on the third thursday in October next then & there to Answer to the Suit of Thomas Duern Indian in a plea of Trespass on the Case Damage Twenty pounds—current money of [said] [Province] herein fail not, & have the then & there this writt Witness James Craven Clerk of the Said Court this 22d Day of September Anno: Dom: 17378
