RESOLVED That this Association does heartily congratulate His Excellency, Governor Thomas W. Bickett, upon his recent action in declaring for an open shop, and the liberation of non-union labor from the thrall of threat and boycott. In pledging the power of his office and of the State to the protection of those factories which claim the right to employ any and all classes of labor, which are not under the ban of the law, he has shown the true American spirit, for which we honor him.

RESOLVED That the Secretary be instructed to transmit a copy of this resolution to His Excellency, the Governor.
