I Abisha Slade Clerk of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions for the County and State a foresaid hereby Certify that I have searched my office for the Marriage Bond of William Guest to Anna Guest and have not been able to find said Bond I also Certify that the records of Marriages about the date they are supposed to have been married (To wit) about 1778 or 1779 do not appear to be perfect—
