A pension was granted some years ago to Anna Guest of Pickens Dist So. Ca under the acts of "43 & "44—The application for pension was under the act of 1836 and from what I can learn the proof was sufficient to have entitled her under that act to the Certificate. The Department however decided otherwise and I now respectfully ask that the papers may be reexamined and the error, if any error was committed, corrected.
