This is to certify that the family Register hereunto annexed is the Genuine family Register kept by my father and mother of their Childrens ages and contains their own ages and deaths the Bible from which this Register was cut out in my presence has been in my mothers possession ever since my fathers death and until her death and since my mothers death it has been in my possession until the present day and that my father and mother John Hill and Huldah Hill died at the time mentioned in the family Register which is attached to this sheet

This is to certify that the family Register attached to this sheet is the Identical family Register kept by my father and mother John and Huldah Hill of their Childrens ages also their own ages and deaths I further certify that my mother Huldah Hill decd. is the Indentical Huldah Hill of Anson County NCarolina who had heretofore claimed a pension from the General Government for what services rendered to the United States during the war of the revolution by her decd. husband John Hill and that my mother the aforesaid Huldah Hill died at my house on the 28th. day of August 1840—being the time set forth in the above family Register out of the Bible in my presence sworn to and subscribed this 24th day April 1845

I certify that Jonathan J Hill who and William Hill who has Sworn & Subscribed to the within affidavit are credable persons and that their Statement is Entitled to credit I further certify that the family Bible which they have exibited before me is the family Bible kept by there father & mother of there childrens ages, and that the two leaves attached to this Sheet was cut out in my presence
