Yours of February 14th received.1 Replying I have to say that I inadvertently omitted the name of Fleetwood W. Dunlop of Wadesboro, North Carolina, who was also appointed a director of the Agricultural and Mechanical College for the Colored Race, for a period of six years, the same as the other four mentioned.
