In my opinion, $750.00 attorney fees for Mitchell Peak condemnation proceedings will too much as there was no litigation. When I spoke to Mr. Johnson I was really not thinking about the other lawyers, though I should have thought about them. In my opinion the bill that he has rendered should be in full compensation for his firm.
