I received your letter last night, enclosing blank vouchers, which I have filled in and herewith return to you, to the end that you may have Louis English sign same at the bottom and then I wish you to forward same to Ed Blackstocks for his approval, and with the request that he go in person and present t them to the Governor for his approval.
You will observe that I have left out the two and half acres at Step Springs, as we agreed with Will Pless not to condemn this particular spot. This agreement can be carried out in the final decree in the cause.
