I thought when I suggested sending provisions to the flood suffers, that our R.R. people had enough soul to freight the goods free Of course if freight is to be charged, they would not have much left. We have excelant crops down here so I am going to try to get up a cash contribution There is no better way to express our gratitude, than to help the helples.
