State of North Carolina,
Executive Department,
Raleigh.
July 15th 1913
Hon. W. D. Turner,
Statesville, N.C.
My dear Governor:
I will give to you and the gentlemen interested in the Statesville Air Line a hearing before the Council of State at any time at which a meeting can be held.
I expect to leave Raleigh on Saturday and will be in Asheville for a week or two.
It is at present somewhat difficult to have a full meeting of the Council of State in Raleigh. During these months several of them are always out of town.
With best wishes,
Your friend,
[unsigned]
