Commanding Officer Southeastern Department2 has directed Commander of Camp Bragg to hold troops subject to Governor's call to suppress riot in Fayetteville. The Governor directs me to advise you that he has wired Commander Camp Bragg to render necessary military assistance in event that you call on him for help.
