William Howard being sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God Deposeth and sayeth that he was at Jonathan Davises Wheat Reaping, where John Garrett spoke to this Deponent & ask'd him if he would stand up for his Religion. This Deponent said he wou'd, upon which the said Garrett swore him & gave him the usual Tokens to carry to Leggett, which he did & was swore by said Leggett to support their Constitution & Religion and that both Oaths were Administred to this Deponent On and Near the said Jonathan Davis' Apple Orchard, and Further this Deponent sayeth not
