BIDS NEGROES DO DUTY IN WAR AND PEACE ALWAYS.

When the final hour of the summer school of the A. and T. college arrived last evening, President Dudley thanked the faculty and others for their co-operation. He admonished the negroes not to allow the war or the race troubles to depress; and to bear in mind the patriotism of negroes in the past and be dutiful to country.
