James Sprunt Hill, of Durham, age about forty-five, business man, farmer, student of economics and science. Earnest, traveled and well informed.

R. M. Miller, Jr., of Charlotte, age about fifty-five, cotton manufacturer of training, experience and wealth. Interested and disposed to take broad views.

H. A. Page, of Aberdeen, age about fifty-five, long railroad, lumber and other business experiences. A state leader of ability and vision.

James A. Gray, Jr., of Winston-Salem, age about thirty, college man, banking and other business experience, wide-awake and public spirited. State Senator.

Lawrence Sprunt, of Wilmington, age about thirty, Princeton graduate, several years experience in large export cotton house. Enthusiastic, broad-visioned, now in patrol service.
