My opinion is that there will be no further consideration of the proposition to establish a chair factory in the State Prison. The matter has been continued indefinitely and I do not think will be taken up again. Of course, if the question should be re-opened you and other manufacturers in this State would be given ample opportunity to be heard before any conclusion was reached.
