The committee tonight issued a statement to the public announcing the suspension of restriction upon the hours of operation and business of industries, stores, office buildings, etc. We also practically have suspended restriction upon the delivery of coal insofar as this may be done with safety. Necessary instructions have been telegraphed to the railroads.
