My dear Sir:-

A complaint has reached me that some of the business houses and manufacturing plants in Mooresville are not observing the regulations made by the Fuel Administrator. I sincerely trust that this is an error. In any event I invoke your good offices to urge the people of your fine community to co-operate with the Government in this emergency.
