Wm Godfrey and Jno. Parish comes to answer the plaint of Jno King an Indian who complaineth that the Indians are denyed their liberty of Hunting to which they prsent title by former agreemt.
Ordered that the Indians have liberty to hunt on all wasteland that is not taken up and liberty to pas through the lands that are seated in their goeing to and from the said Wast land they behaving themselves sivilly and doeing noe Injury.
