Dear Sir: Enclosed I send you Major Wilson’s reply to my letter about his Reports. He is mistaken in supposing that our idea was that the quarterly Reports required of the State Directors which he was directed to make were not to be forwarded to you regularly. The auditing Committee were to examine the Treasr's books etc. However I hope it will all be right in the future.
