Be it Known, that on the twelfth day of March A.D. 1852, before the subscriber, a Notary Public in and for said District, personally appeared Anna Guest and made oath according to law, that she is the widow of William Guest (who was a soldier of the War of the Revolution) and a pensioner of the United States at the rate of $50 per annum; that she had reason to believe that the said pension ought to be increased; and that she is directly interested in the same, and makes this Affidavit to be filed by her Attorney, with any additional evidence or arguments he may deem unnecessary in the prosecution of said claim.

Be it known that before Miles M. Norton a Notary Public in and for said District, personally appeared Anna Guest who being duly sworn according to law doth depose and say, that she is the widow of William Guest (who was a soldier in the war of the revolution) and a pensioner of the United States at the rate of $50—per annum, that she now makes this declaration to recover any increase and arrears of pension, that may be due, on account of the services of Wm. Guest as aforesaid, for the benefit of herself under any acts or resolutions of Congress applicable to the case.
