I am anxious to know anything of the workings of your method of utilizing the prisoners in your state on public improvements which I understand has been going on for some time. If there are any reports of your prison please send me one. We are contemplating doing the same thing in Kentucky. If you could give me any facts from other states in relation to the same matter I would be very much obliged to you.
