In the matter of the application for a pension of Mistress Mourning Davis widow of John Davis decd it is the opinion of the court that the facts set forth in her declaration are true and correct and that full faith and credit should be given to the testimony thereunto appended

In testimony of all which I Thomas Bagley Clerk of said court hereunto affixed my seal of office and subscribed my name at office at Smithfield this 27 day of May AD 1844
