My dear Sir:-

I acknowledge receipt of yours of the 30th in regard to the listing of the property at Morehead for use as a naval aviation station. I am sure that the terms can be arranged on a satisfactory basis. The Adjutant General of the State who has this matter in hand is in St. Louis at the present time, and upon his return I will submit a definite proposition.
