Honorable Govenor Bickett

Am writing you asking your advice.

I am forced to do so on account of my inibility to support my self & 2 children. My baby is only 2 months old and my oldest is 2 years old. I married David C Hardee & he is so cruel to me and my children and will not work or provide for me & his children, he is a well healthy man 28 years of age. Please adisise me what steps to take I am with my mother now because the man I married will not care for me.

And as I feel that you are able to and I hope you are willing to advise me in the matter if it is not asking to much as I would be glad to have your amediate advice as my condition demands it
