Read an Order of the Lords of the Committee of Council dated 26th March 1754 approving a Representation of this Board upon the present State of North Carolina, and directing the Board to prepare Instructions for Mr. Dobbs upon the several Points mentioned in said Representation conformable thereto.

Ordered that the Draughts of General Instructions and of those relative to the Acts of Trade be prepar'd for Mr. Dobbs, and that Instructions upon the several Points mentioned in the above Order be inserted therein.
